This is our favorite time of year because we are in the beginning stages of turning our customers’ dreams into realities. This month we are focusing on a pool renovation we completed for a family in Duluth, GA. There are many reasons people choose to renovate, and this particular customer had two reasons. The family wanted to update the look of the pool and replace the coping and tile. They also wanted to switch from a chlorine system to a salt system. Our first step during this renovation was to have a consultation with the family to get an idea of what they wanted and also their budget. From there, they came to our showroom and we helped them pick out products that would look great without breaking the bank. We provided an estimate, and once they agreed, we began our work. We installed flagstone coping around the outside of the pool, Arctic Lagoon 1 x 2 glass tile around the inner perimeter, and for the finish, we used Midnight Blue 3 Touch of Glass pool finish. We updated the filtration equipment to optimize the efficiency of the new salt system we installed.
