No matter who you are or where you live, there are many reasons to be excited for summer. One of our favorite things about summer at Allen Pool Atlanta is knowing that so many of our customers will get to use and show off their newly renovated pools for the first time. To celebrate this, we are showcasing a recent commercial pool renovation: an apartment complex near McDaniel Farm.
For those of you who are familiar with the area, you have likely spent time exploring McDaniel Farm. Previously a cotton farm, the land features historic buildings and farming equipment, and the park is home to many hiking and biking trails. It is a beautiful area, and an ideal location for apartment homes. This particular complex features several apartment homes with many amenities, including their beautiful pools. We were grateful to be able to work on this renovation for them!
With a commercial renovation, our first step is to connect with the management group and chat about a design and materials that are both appealing to the group and that comply with city codes. This particular property group manages several buildings in the area, and although they are not renovating all of their properties at once, they want to use identical materials in all of their properties. Due to the age of the pool at this property, the group made this renovation a top priority. After visiting the APS showroom and picking out different materials, we provided the group with an estimate. As soon as they agreed to the price, we got to work on this amazing renovation! The group decided on new Quartz Blue plaster, new tile, and new LED lighting. LED lighting has become increasingly popular in commercial renovations because of its energy efficiency, and with so many people using the pool LED lighting saves a substantial amount of energy and money.
We are thrilled with the way this renovation turned out, and we love working with this property group. It is our priority to always keep our customers informed and ensure their satisfaction every step of the way, and this renovation was no different. We are excited about every renovation, and we can’t wait to get to work on this group’s other properties!
